Event Transfers
Please note that all entries to the Honolulu Marathon Weekend are non-refundable and transfer options are now closed.
The deadline to transfer your entry is Thursday November 7, 2024.
Transfer Options:
TO VIRTUAL: You can transfer your in-person entry to the Virtual Beachfest and you’ll be able to complete your race wherever you are and over the course of one month from December 8 – January 7.
Your shirt and medal will be mailed to you. Please note the virtual medal differs from the in-person medal.
The deadline for Virtual Transfers is November 28.
TO ANOTHER PERSON OR EVENT (In-person):
Transfer your entry to another person or in-person event, please fill out the the transfer request form.
The person taking over your entry will receive an email from Let’s Do This with all the instructions and will need to pay a $30 switch fee to complete the transfer.
To switch to another event, you’ll receive a link to complete a new registration for that event.
• If you’re switching to a higher-priced event, you’ll need to pay the price difference.
• If switching to a lower-priced event, a $30 admin fee will apply.
Start the switch process by completing the form.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER EVENT OR PARTICIPANT
PLEASE NOTE: You should receive the email inviting you to register to the new event within 3 days maximum. If you cannot find it in your main inbox, please check your spam folder. The email will be from Let’s Do This, our registration partner, not us.
If you can still not find the email, either email us at support@honolulumarathon.org or fill in the request form again.
