Event Transfers
Please note that all entries to the Honolulu Marathon Weekend are non-refundable.
The deadline to transfer your entry is Friday November 28, 2025.
Transfer Options:
To transfer your entry to another person or in-person event, please go through your confirmation email and follow the ‘Manage Booking’ link.
From there, you can ‘Manage’ your booking, and either edit your information or transfer your place to another person or event within the marathon weekend.
TO ANOTHER PERSON OR EVENT (In-person):
The person taking over your entry will receive an email from Let’s Do This with all the instructions and will need to pay a $30 switch fee to complete the transfer.
To switch to another event, you’ll receive a link to complete a new registration for that event.
• If you’re switching to a higher-priced event, you’ll need to pay the price difference.
• If switching to a lower-priced event, a $30 admin fee will apply.

PLEASE NOTE: You should receive the email inviting you to register to the new event within 3 days maximum. If you cannot find it in your main inbox, please check your spam folder. The email will be from Let’s Do This, our registration partner, not us.
